Post-casting precision machining to achieve final dimensional accuracy, tight tolerances down to ±0.01mm.

Polishing, electroplating, powder coating, heat treatment, and passivation for enhanced durability and appearance.

In-house mold engineering with 3D CAD/CAM design, rapid prototyping, and DFM optimization.

CMM measurement, spectrometer analysis, X-ray/NDT testing, salt spray, and mechanical property testing.

Component assembly, custom labeling, anti-rust packaging, and global logistics support.

Production Process Flow

Every component we deliver is the result of a tightly controlled six-stage lost wax casting process: die fabrication lays the foundation for dimensional accuracy; wax pattern production captures every intricate detail; shell building forms a durable ceramic mold; dewaxing and firing prepare the mold for high-temperature pouring; melting and pouring ensures metallurgical integrity; and post-cast finishing brings each part to final specification. Together, these six core steps enable us to consistently produce complex, high-tolerance stainless steel castings trusted by clients across automotive, industrial, fluid equipment, and agricultural markets worldwide.

Every precision casting begins with a purpose-built die. Our engineering team designs and fabricates custom tooling based on your drawings, 3D models, or sample parts — ensuring dimensional accuracy and repeatability from the very first pour.

Wax Pattern Production

Using the finished die, we inject precision-grade wax to produce exact replicas of your components. These wax patterns capture every detail of the final part geometry, including thin walls, intricate contours, and tight tolerances that machining alone cannot achieve.

Shell Building & Coating

Each wax pattern is repeatedly dipped in ceramic slurry and coated with fine refractory sand to build a durable ceramic shell. This multi-layer process creates a robust mold capable of withstanding extreme pouring temperatures while preserving surface finish quality.

Dewaxing & Firing

The ceramic shells are heated to remove the wax (lost wax) and then fired at high temperatures in controlled kilns. This dual-stage treatment eliminates all pattern residue, strengthens the shell, and preheats it for optimal metal flow during pouring.

Melting & Pouring

Molten stainless steel is precisely alloyed to your specification and poured into the preheated ceramic shells under strict temperature control. Our foundry team manages every variable — melt chemistry, pour speed, and cooling rate — to ensure metallurgical integrity and consistent mechanical properties across every batch.

Post-Cast Finishing

Once cooled, the ceramic shell is removed and castings move through a series of finishing operations: cut-off, shot blasting, grinding, heat treatment, and precision machining as needed. Every component undergoes dimensional inspection and surface quality checks before final release.
